Any given product in the Convotherm 4 range also offers you the choice between two control systems: EasyTouch or EasyDial:

The EasyTouch package is centred on convenience and reliability. It includes a high-resolution 9inch touch-screen and offers a range of customisation options. It also comes with a fully automated self-cleaning system.

The EasyDial package is for chefs who want greater control. It offers the ability to adjust all settings and functions, which are visible at all times.
